  • State of residence
  • Copy of last pay stub of the tax year and W-2s from all employers for yourself, your spouse and any dependents you claim (if they are working)
  • 1098s and 1099s (these are statements from banks for things such as interest/dividends earned, mortgage interest and property taxes paid)

  • If you purchased or re-financed a home, your HUD 1/settlement statement
  • Voided check. As of January 1, 2011, the IRS requires tax preparers who complete over 100 returns to E file those returns. E filing allows for the electronic filing of both Federal and state returns at the same time which means faster and more accurate processing. Faster processing means faster refunds back to you. Federal and most state refunds can be direct deposited into your checking or savings account.

Once we’ve received all your documents, we’ll contact you if we’re missing anything.
